Subject.

  • 1.1. The Josti application provides users with the opportunity to search for and rent long-term accommodation without commission fees.
  • 1.2. Our company automates the process of collecting and displaying real estate listings from various sources for the convenience of our users.

Payment for Access to Contact Information.

  • 2.1. To access the contact details of property owners, users of the application are required to make a payment amounting to 4% of the rental price of the apartment.
  • 2.2. Upon successful payment, the user gains access to the property owner's contact information.

Responsibility for the Relevance of Listings.

  • 3.1. The Josti team ensures regular monitoring and updating of information regarding available real estate listings.
  • 3.2. In the event that a listing is found to be outdated or unavailable, the payment for contact access will be refunded to the user's online balance within the Josti application.

Refund Policy.

  • 4.1. The amount paid for access to contact information is refunded to the user's online balance within the Josti application.
  • 4.2. Refunds are issued in cases where the listing is found to be outdated or unavailable.

Confidentiality.

  • 5.1. The Josti application ensures the confidentiality of users’ personal information and does not share it with third parties.
  • 5.2. Josti complies with all data protection requirements and does not disclose personal data without user consent.

Users’ Rights and Obligations.

  • 6.1. Users are obliged to use the application in accordance with its intended purpose and these terms of use.
  • 6.2. Users have the right to receive up-to-date information about real estate listings and to request refunds if a listing is found to be outdated.
